The investigation revealed that Jessmyn Rae Allen, 46, of Umatilla, was driving the Subaru westbound when she veered across the center line, colliding head-on with the Ford Fusion driven by Elizabeth Lillian O’Neill, 52, of Tidewater. Both O’Neill and Isaiah Aguilar, a 23-year-old passenger from Umatilla in the Subaru, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Allen was airlifted to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis with life-threatening injuries, along with four other patients who were transported by ambulance.
