Three people were killed and one person was hurt in a wrong-way head-on crash on state Route 503 in Clark County, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The crash happened at about 2 a.m. on July 5, just north of 179th Street. Troopers said a 2011 Dodge Challenger was traveling north in the southbound lanes when it hit a 2025 Toyota 4Runner head-on.

The Washington State Patrol said the driver and a passenger in the Dodge died at the scene. The Clark County Medical Examiner later identified the woman passenger in the Toyota as Annalena Paige Haas, 27, of Vancouver. The medical examiner also identified the other two people who died as Andrew Hullette Allen, 46, and Kelly Jean Parker, 42. Their cities and states of residence were listed as unknown.

A 27-year-old man from Vancouver who was riding in the Toyota was taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. He was the only known survivor from the crash based on the information released by troopers.

The medical examiner listed the cause and manner of death as pending for all three people who died. The office also listed the place of injury as public highway for each of them, which indicates the deaths happened at the scene.

Troopers reported that seat belts were not worn by the driver and passenger in the Dodge. Seat belts were worn by both people in the Toyota. In the initial crash report, troopers said they did not yet know whether drugs or alcohol were involved.
