Portland police arrested three people after a double shooting late Thursday night at a motel in the Parkrose neighborhood, according to the Portland Police Bureau. Officers responded at about 10:55 p.m. on February 5, 2026, to the 11300 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard.
When officers reached the motel room, they found an adult man and an adult woman with gunshot wounds. Police said both victims were taken to a hospital and their injuries were believed to be non-life-threatening.
The bureau said members of its Enhanced Community Safety Team and Forensic Evidence Division helped with the response. During a search of the surrounding area, police detained two possible suspects more than 10 blocks away and two other people near the motel. Three people were then arrested and booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center.
Police identified the arrests as Aaron T. Gee, 43, of Portland, on allegations including attempted murder, assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and felon in possession of a firearm. Joseph E. Allen, 35, and Morgan S. Bryden, 29, both of Portland, were arrested on warrants.
