Tragic Lloyd Neighborhood Crash: Victim Identified Amid New Details of the Incident
A 24-year-old Portland man was killed and another injured after a late-night collision involving a tractor-trailer and a Lime e-scooter in the Lloyd neighborhood. Alcohol impairment is under investigation.
